Aggregated news headlines

Enforcing Immigration displays headlines, short summaries, and source names from third-party news feeds, together with a link to the original article. We do not reproduce full articles. If you are a rights holder and believe our display of a headline or summary exceeds fair use or otherwise infringes your rights, contact us at the address below and we will review and, where appropriate, remove it.

Reporting copyright infringement (DMCA)

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent that includes:

Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and its location on the Service (e.g., a link).
Your name, address, telephone number, and email.
A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Counter-notification

If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the same agent, including your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake, your contact information, and consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.

Repeat infringers

We terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

Other removal requests (privacy, safety, personal information)

Copyright is not the only reason content may be removed. If a post reveals your private or personal information, harasses or endangers you, or otherwise violates our Terms, contact us at safety@enforcingimmigration.com and we will review it promptly. Because posts can be made anonymously to the public, include a link to the specific comment so we can locate it.
